Following the great success of the 2010:Bombing in a Beater competition and the inaugrel crowning of John Griffiths as 2010:Best in Vest, we thought we would put a little something together to make the Autumn a bit more interesting. With November only a month away, a lot of people are starting to think about ‘Movember‘. A great cause for charity and a great laugh for your colleagues and fellow students who opt out!
The result…‘2010:Tanking in a Tache’. We want to see your photos of you or your mates skating with a moustache in a bid to be crowned Longboard:Source’s ‘2010:Top Tache’ at the end of November. Upload your photos to our Facebook Page and tag yourself, or if you prefer, email them to us. At the end of November we will check through all of the entries and reward the best with a big pile of goodies from the Longboard:Source shop and our good friends over at Longboard-Sessions.co.uk. If thats not tempting enough, Lush Longboards have told us they will put up a Kisiwa deck for the 2010:Top ‘Tache!! What more incentive do you need?
“Bit sexist and agesit”, we hear you say…dont worry, we thought about that. We will be equally stoked to receive images of you skating in your fake moustaches as well. The more ridiculous the better.
So whether your going for a broom style, handle bar, Charlie Chaplin or YMCA biker…get growing (or buying), get out and skate this Autumn and show us your photos!
